Dispute resolution

The Terms and Conditions, other informative annexes and any service or product sold in its capacity as an INTERMEDIARY by VOLINDO LTD, through its website www.volindo.com shall be governed by the Laws and Federal Courts of Cyprus. The USER declares that he/she is aware of the scope of the Contract, whose Terms and Conditions are the faithful expression of his/her will and submits to the competence of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, in the administrative procedure, as a conciliatory instance, in case of breach or interpretation, The USER agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Laws and Federal Courts of Cyprus, renouncing to any other jurisdiction that by reason of his present or future domiciles or by reason of the location of his assets or by reason of his nationality may correspond to him.
