Booking & Ticketing Policy
The rates shown on the "WEBSITE" www.volindo.com will be maintained only in the event that the user reserves and complies with the payment policies specified, otherwise the rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete when the "USER" has provided all the necessary information and has the confirmation number. At the time of booking, the "USER" authorizes VOLINDO to validate the credit card information provided during the transaction and expressly confirms to know and accept the Terms and Conditions, as well as VOLINDO's privacy policy. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. In some cases, availability must be verified directly with the SUPPLIER's reservations department before the reservation can be confirmed to the USER. VOLINDO shall take a maximum of 24 Hours to carry out such availability check and confirmation. In order to avoid mishaps, the "USER" must save their reservation number in order to print the travel support documents that VOLINDO will issue them.
VOLINDO warns the "USER" about the change in the rates of products and services, such as lodging or transportation that the SUPPLIERS of the same may suffer, rates that are susceptible to changes in intervals that occur from 5 to 30 minutes depending on the direct platform of each SUPPLIER, which, in a direct manner, permeates the rates presented in the VOLINDO platform.
If the "USER" wishes to change or cancel his/her reservation, he/she should contact any of our VOLINDO Call Center Advisors, mentioning his/her reservation number. VOLINDO suggests you read carefully the clause corresponding to the CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change of reservation is subject to availability and re-quoting of rates. For further information, the "USER" should contact VOLINDO's Travel Advisor at our Call Center (Reservation Center), mentioning his/her reservation number. Every reservation firmly confirmed by VOLINDO provides a confirmation number, which must be kept by the "USER" at all times.
The total amount corresponding to your reservation shall be charged immediately by VOLINDO to the credit card information provided by the "USER" for such purpose, as long as the status of your reservation shows that it is confirmed, and shall appear on your account statement with the legend: VOLINDO or with the equivalent legend to the SUPPLIER, except in some reservations that include airline tickets, where two charges may appear. (a) The first one for the cost of the airline tickets and (b) the second one for the other services booked, such as: Hotel, transfers, taxes, fees and others. These charges will be reflected with the legend VOLINDO, with the legend AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, DEFERRED CHARGE, or with the legend equivalent to the SUPPLIER and the name corresponding to the "AIRLINE" or SERVICE PROVIDER.
For the payment of your reservation, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. If the "USER" doesn’t have any of these credit cards, you can send us a bank transfer by contacting our Travel Consultants.
The rates published on our "WEBSITE" are quoted in various currencies, which are duly specified at the time. The rates in Euros will be charged in Euros. In the case of any other type of currency, the amount of the transaction will be converted to US Dollars at the exchange rate in effect on the date of the transaction. VOLINDO informs you that some banks and credit card issuers impose charges for international transactions, which may vary from time to time, in addition to any taxes required under applicable law. If you are making a reservation with a PROVIDER outside Cyprus using a Cyprus credit or debit card, your Bank may convert the amount payable to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. In addition, the exchange rate used by the bank may be different from the rate shown in our currency converter. This means that the amount entered on your credit card statement may be in Euros and be a different amount than the amount shown on the billing summary page for a reservation made on the "SITE". The exchange rate and international transaction fee are determined solely by your bank on the day the transaction is processed.

Monitoring and review of the information provided by the "USER" at the time of payment of the services.
VOLINDO, through its Risk Verification Department, may monitor and review a reservation made by the "USER" when it is considered high risk. A reservation shall be considered high-risk when the VOLINDO system detects that the information provided by the "USER" at the time of making the payment for your reservation is false or incorrect, or when the credit card issuing institution detects any discrepancy in the information entered by the "USER".
In such a situation, VOLINDO shall immediately contact "THE USER" in order to verify and validate the information provided by the USER. In the event that "THE USER" doesn’t validate the information requested, VOLINDO shall proceed to cancel the reservation and make the corresponding refund.
